The Quilts of Valor(R) Foundation is a non-profit national group whose mission is to "...cover service members and veterans touched by war with Comforting and Healing Quilts of Valor(R)." Our group of around 20 participants and a dozen members of the QOVF have, over the past 7 years, created and awarded some 500+ such comforting and healing quilts! We are so appreciative of our very generous donors who give funds so that our group may purchase our own fabrics with which to create these quilts. This Quilts of Valor(R) sewing group meets the 3rd Thursday of each month from 10 am to approximately 3 pm at the store. Please join us. Bring a lunch item to share. No fee for this activity.

Free Sewing Time

Free Sewing time is every Tuesday. If you will be here through the lunch hour, please plan to bring your lunch. No fee for this activity. Bring your machine, a project, and your sewing necessities and sew alone, with help, or just sit and visit! Let's make time to share our lives, talents, and some fun times with each other.

Let Stephanie show you how to simplify those dreaded curves while you create a unique, fun quilt for the teen or tween on your gift-giving list! Supply list will be available upon receipt of your completed registration. Kits are available at the store. Bring a sack lunch. Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 10 am to 4 pm.

Besides your regular sewing supplies and fabrics you are being asked to bring a carry-in lunch item to share.
